I’m about eating real food.

My favourite thing to do is get something that is usually bad for you and turn it into something nutritious. Food will either slowly make you unwell or bring life and vitality to you.

I love food. I love real food. Learning to manage my eczema was the first step to seeing the invigorating excitement of realising what food can do to your body and wellbeing.

I’m wheat free.
Processed sugar free.
Actually anything processed free.
I believe if you see an ingredient that doesn’t make sense, it’s probably bad.
My biggest hates are processed sugar, vegetable oil and margarine.
Coconut products are my favourite: Coconut oil, coconut flour, coconut milk, shredded coconut, coconut water, coconut aminos, the list goes on.
